5, Mitigation and Remedation

The only mitigation technology known to humanity is:

Firstly: to understand that while only true democracy could stop this exploit, no country is currently aware of sortition and its productive force for the good. Therefore it must be concluded that no country uses democracy. Effective and efficient problem resolving methods are unavailable (see Kleisthenes, 507 BC)

This conclusion is hard to make as it will be orthogonal to personal identification ("but we are already living in the best of all systems")

Secondly: By introduction of sortition in all political and administive domains of public societies, it can be practically demonstrated that conflicts of interest are being resolved in an intelligent and fair way. Personal communication is paramount to finding solutions, based in agreed upon facts and data.

Most importantly, all finger-pointing, blame-shifting and conspiracy-fearmongering can finally subsist.

Sortition means:

Citizens are RANDOMLY selected among ALL citizens, including the handicapped, mentally challenged, workers, single mothers even with three kids that generally can't afford any time nor money.

Participation in these allotted groups is MANDATORY (very few exceptions apply)

The selected citizens must be PAID so their jobs or given tasks may continue without them.

Those randomly selected groups are tasked with all rulemaking and administration. It is still necessary to have professional bureacracy but those forms of power must be controlled by allotted groups, too.

The duration might only be a weeks or very few months, just enough to
